A Capital Development Authority (CDA) team supported by Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration was ordered to come before it had initiated its operations against Bahria Enclave to retrieve 510 kanals of land, a local media outlet reported on Friday.
According to reports, all the arrangements to recover the land were made after CDA’s notice to Bahria Enclave expired on November 16 but the team was called back by senior officials for no ‘apparent reason’.
According to reports, Bahria owner and property tycoon Malik Riaz met with CDA chairman later in the day but no official announcement was made regarding the meeting.
