ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister Asad Umar on Thursday said capabilities of professionals can be utilized in a best manner by providing them incentives.
He expressed these views while addressing the Business Leaders Conference in the federal capital, here today.
The finance minister said collaboration of government and private sector is bringing improvement in the performance of every sector.
Mr Umar said grooming of professionals is imperative to improve the quality of governance in the country.
He said the incumbent government was taking every possible steps for welfare of the trader community.
Yesterday, Finance Minister Asad Umar had said that the government was reforming the existing tax structure to facilitate taxpayers.

He was addressing a gathering organised to honour top tax payers of the country in Islamabad.
He said he would call the non-tax payers as ‘super dacoits.’
Taking a jibe at the opposition, Umar said: “They come to the National Assembly to hurl abuses at us. And if you go through their tax returns, everything will be exposed”, he added.
He asked what we should call the national wealth plunderers other than a ‘dacoit’. He said the government was going after anyone involved in theft.
