Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s former wife and author Reham Khan has said that her former husband will have to make compromises because power is not easy.
She said that the compromises would prove whether Khan is worthy of the country’s top office while speaking to an Indian media outlet.
The Pakistani nation was shocked to see the election result and even the international media called it the dirtiest election till date, she claimed.
“We have been calling him the prime minister select for some time now and I’ve been saying for a few weeks now that he has been waiting to be crowned but heavy is the head that wears the crown,” Reham explained.
The author also said, “The crown comes at a huge price: his integrity, and it has cost him all of his integrity, which is a tragic fall for a hero.”
Reham also added that Khan and his party leaders have said quite a few things perceived to be controversial regarding foreign policy matters.
